Where do I find the Device Number?

Open the app on your TV and go to Settings › Pro. It is 8 digits, unique to that device.

How soon is the licence active?

Within 24 hours of the payment arriving. If it takes longer, email hi@close.vn with your Device Number and the transfer receipt.

Do I lose the licence if I change TV?

No. The yearly plan allows unlimited device changes; the lifetime plan allows up to 15.

Can I buy through Google Play?

Yes. If you installed from Google Play you can buy inside the app. This page is for the direct APK build, or if you prefer a bank transfer.
